Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process for a return or shade exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

Pack Your Stack

Securely place your Subtl Beauty products in their original packaging or a small mailer, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
